Salmon with spices in «Cajun» style.



(Number of pieces of salmon 4 170 g)
● 1 tsp. cumin;
● 1 tsp. paprika;
● 1 tsp. coriander seeds;
● 1 tsp. minced garlic (or dry);
● 1 tsp. black or white peppercorns;
● 1 tsp. dried thyme;
● 1 tsp. dried oregano;
● 2 tsp. fine salt.


1. All spice mix and grind in a blender.

2. Salmon fillet roll in spices and leave for 30 minutes at room temperature for marinating, spread out in one layer.

3. Preheat the frying pan over high heat, brush with oil and fry the salmon for 2 minutes without moving it to the pan.

4. Turn over, cover and cook for another 2 minutes.

5. Serve on warm plates.

NOTE: yogurt sauce, lemon, coriander and cloves of garlic is perfect for such a fish.
