Salad with chicken, cheese and rusks



● Boiled Chicken Breast — 350 kg
● Tomatoes — 2-3 pcs.
● Bulgarian pepper — 2-3 pcs.
● Fresh cucumbers — 2 pcs.
● Rye crackers — 80 g
● Cheese firm grades — 150 g
● Mayonnaise — to your taste
● Garlic — 1 clove


1. Cut or tear the chicken breast into small pieces. Take a plate or bowl and put it in our chicken, a little trample it down.
2 tomatoes cut into small strips or cubes. Sex heads of garlic passed through the press and mix in a separate container with crushed tomatoes and a small amount of mayonnaise.
3. The resulting mixture is spread over the chicken. If formed from tomatoes plenty of fluids, it must first be drained.
4. Clear the peppers from the seeds and cut into small cubes not. The remaining garlic passed through the press and mix with pepper and mayonnaise. Spread the mixture of pepper over tomatoes.
5. Cucumber cut into cubes and spread further layer. The next layer is made of crackers.
6. Next comes a layer of crackers, which should be lubricated with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Skip the cheese through a fine grater and liberally sprinkle the salad. Shipment salad with chicken, cheese and crackers in the fridge for 60 minutes.
