Salad with Canned Beans

Delicious and hearty salad for a family dinner. Salads with beans are quite nutritious, rich in proteins and vitamins. Usually, for the preparation of bean salads, using canned beans.

Cooking time: 20 minutes


● Canned beans — 500g. or 1.10231 Pounds (lb) or 17,63698 Ounces (oz),
● Champignons — 500g. or 1.10231 Pounds (lb) or 17,63698 Ounces (oz),
● Pickled cucumbers — 4 pcs.,
● Onion — 1 pcs.,
● Red bell pepper — 1 pcs.,
● Salt to taste,
● Ground Black pepper to taste,
● Greens to taste,
● Sunflower oil — 3 tbsp.


1. Mushrooms cut into cubes and fry in a pan with finely chopped onions. Cut the cucumbers and red bell pepper into strips, rinse the beans.

2. Combine the prepared ingredients, salt and pepper, add sunflower oil, stir.

3. Let the salad soak for 10 minutes and sprinkle with greens.

Simple and fast, but most importantly — nutritious!
