Salad «Venice»



● 400g chicken breast,
● 300 grams mushrooms,
● 200 grams of prunes,
● 200 grams of cheese,
● 2-3 potatoes,
● 2-3 eggs,
● Mayonnaise for refueling.


1. Pre-boil until cooked chicken breast, eggs and potatoes. Prunes pour boiling water for 15 minutes. Mushrooms fry for in vegetable oil.
2. In the split mold spread in layers, first cut pieces of medium-sized prunes
3. Then boiled chicken breast, cut into slices. Layer mayonnaise.
4. Then the potatoes, diced. Layer mayonnaise.
5. Next, a layer of fried mushrooms. Mayonnaise after mushrooms do not add!
6. Then go to the salad layer of grated on a fine grater eggs. Layer mayonnaise.
7. The next layer — cheese, grated on a coarse grater.
8. At the top of our Venetian salad Cucumber rub on a medium grater or cut into thin rings. Decorate the salad to your liking.
