Salad Lilac


Festive salad for any occasion Chicken, corn, cucumbers and mushrooms, dressed in a lilac branches.


● Chicken fillet 1 pc.,
● Onion 1/2 pc.,
● Mushrooms 250g.,
● Vegetable oil for frying.,
● Salt, pepper.,
● Pickled cucumbers 2-3 pieces.,
● Eggs 4-5 pieces.,
● Mayonnaise taste.,
● Canned corn 1/2 cans.,
● Parsley a few sprigs.,
● Beet 1 pc.,
● Water 750ml.


1. Chicken fillet boil in salted water, cool and cut into small pieces.
2. Mushrooms and onions chop, fry in vegetable oil until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Pickled cucumbers chop.
4. Beets clean, rub on a grater and pour boiling water. Allow to cool and strain through a sieve.
5. Boil eggs hard-boiled, cool and clean. Split into whites and yolks separately grate. Proteins 3 eggs soaked in beet juice for 15 minutes, then drain the excess fluid.
6. Put the salad layers smearing each layer with mayonnaise: chicken, onions and mushrooms, corn and cucumbers.
7. Sprinkle the salad with grated egg yolk. Make parsley stalks, white and colored proteins branch of lilac.
