Salad Jelly with Vegetables

Festive salad jelly with vegetables, ham and eggs.


● 200 grams of carrots,
● 200 grams of green peas,
● 350 grams of potatoes,
● 200 grams of boiled ham,
● 100 grams of apples,
● lemon juice,
● salt, pepper,
● 6 tablespoons of mayonnaise,
● 3 tablespoons of sour cream,
● 5 boiled eggs,
● 200 ml of vegetable broth,
● 20 grams of gelatin,
● 1 tablespoon mustard.


Boil and finely cut into cubes potatoes, carrots and add peas. Ham and apples finely chopped. Sprinkle apples with lemon juice. Mix all.

Prepare the sauce:
mix mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, salt, pepper.
In 200 grams of broth, dilute the gelatin and mix everything. Fill the form with a food film so that the edges hang down, distribute half the lettuce to the bottom of the mold, lay eggs and cover with the second part of the vegetables.
Put the salad overnight in the fridge.
Garnish with sweet paprika.
