Royal Cheesecake with Cottage Cheese

Simple and quick recipe for making royal cheesecake with cottage cheese.


For the dough:
● Flour — 3 cups,
● Sugar — 1/2 cup,
● Baking soda — 1/4 tsp.,
● Butter — 100 grams or 0,22 pounds.

For filling:
● Cottage cheese — 500 grams or 1,10 pounds (may be smaller),
● Sugar — 1/2 cup,
● 3 eggs,
● Vanillin powder — at the tip of a knife.


1. For the dough, cut the butter into small pieces and grind with flour and sugar to the consistency of bread crumbs, add soda and mix.
2. Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve and beat with eggs and sugar.
3. Put half the dough in a greased mold with margarine, lay the filling on top, then the remaining dough.
4. Bake for 30 minutes at 220°C or 428°F degrees.
