Rolls of herring

It is prepared easily and quickly, but it turns out to be unusually tasty and original.


● 1 light-salted herring,
● 1 small cucumber,
● 100 gr. soft cream cheese.


Separate the herring from the head, the entrails, the bones and the skin, so that the two loin halves are obtained.

Place the fillet on a food film or bag, lightly beat off, grease with cheese and sprinkle with straw from the sliced cucumber.

Carefully wrap the herring with the filling in a tight roll and put it in the fridge for a couple of hours, in order for it to grab and easily cut.

Before serving, get a roll, cut it with a sharp knife, put it on a dish, you can put it on slices of bread, decorate to your liking.
