Roasted Cauliflower

Roasted Cauliflower.

This recipe will make you a real guru of cooking.

Ingredients:

● Cauliflower — 1 pc.
● Vegetable oil — 1 tbsp.
● Greek yogurt (you can substitute a thick yogurt) — 300 ml
● Juice of 1 lime (or lemon)
● Chili powder — 2 tbsp.
● Cumin — 1 tbsp.
● Crushed garlic — 1 tbsp.
● Curry powder — 1 tsp..
● Black pepper — 1 tsp..
● Salt — 2 tsp..

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and grease a baking tray with oil.
2. Thoroughly rinse the cauliflower and remove any green leaves.
3. In a bowl, mix the yogurt with lemon juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic, curry powder, salt and pepper.
4. Put the cauliflower in a bowl and coat with marinade.
5. Cook in the oven for 30-40 minutes. Marinade makes a crust on the surface of a cauliflower.
6. Give the cauliflower to cool for 10 minutes and serve with green salad.
