Risotto with chicken and two cheeses


Ingredients for 4 servings

● Rice 400g
● Chicken broth 750ml
● Frozen vegetables 500g
● Chicken fillet 340g
● Cheddar cheese 120g
● Cream 125g
● Grated Parmesan cheese 40g
● Olive oil 2 tablespoons
● Onions 1 piece


1. In the heated oil in a large pan fry the finely chopped onion.
2. pours rice, stir, add the mixture of frozen vegetables, chicken broth. Bring to a boil, reduce the flame, cover with a lid and cook for another 15 minutes, stirring once.
3. Add pre-cooked, chopped chicken meat, cream, grated cheddar and parmesan.
4. Remove from heat, cover with a lid and insist 10 minutes.
