Red Lobster Cheese Biscuit Bread

Red Lobster Cheese Biscuit Bread

Try something new, very tasty with an excellent smell. So easy to make.

● 3 Cups AP flour,
● 1 tbsp baking powder,
● 1 tsp. salt,
● 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper,
● 1/8 tsp black pepper,
● 4 oz cheddar cheese (cut into 1/4″ cubes (I used shredded and it worked great),
● 1 1/4 C milk,
● 3/4 C sour cream,
● 3 tbsp melted butter,
● 1 egg, lightly beaten.

1. Preheat oven to 350°F or 176°C degrees.
2. Grease a 9×5 loaf pan.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the first five ingredients.
4. Carefully stir in cheese until coated in flour mixture. This will help the cheese from sinking to the bottom of the loaf of bread.
5. In a different bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients.
6. Fold the wet mixture into the flour and cheese mixture. Stir until just combined. Do not over stir.
7. Spread into the loaf pan.
8. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
9. Let cool 10 minutes and remove to rack.
10. Cool an hour before slicing.

Bon Appetit!!!
