Fermented baked milk — a super drink for those who wish to lose weight.
Homemade fermented baked milk preparing of only two ingredients, milk and sour cream.


● Milk — 5 cups,
● Sour cream — 1 glass.


1. Pour milk into an enamel vessel and boil over moderate heat until the milk will not get creamy hue. With this watch, that it is not burnt.
