Quick Fish Pie

I never cease to be surprised that such an easily cooked pie can be so tasty and tender.


For the dough:

• Buttermilk — 1 cup,
• Eggs — 2 pieces,
• Flour — 1.5-2 cups,
• vegetable oil — 3 tbsp.,
• Salt — 0.5 tsp.

For filling:

• 1 can of mackerel,
• Bunch of green onions.


1. Knead the dough (like sour cream), pour half of the dough into the pan, put mashed mackerel from canned with green onions on top and top with the rest of the dough.
2. We bake at 180°C or 356°F degrees 30-40 minutes.
3. When the crust will be hard, grease with butter or sour cream.
