Potato soup with cheese



● Potatoes — 500g.,
● Water — 2.5-3 liters,
● Cream cheese (processed) — 150g.,
● Cream (20% fat) — 200ml.,
● Salt — to taste.


1. Peel the potatoes, fill with water, bring to a boil, add salt and cook until the potatoes are soft.

2. Skimmer catch potatoes, give it a little cool, then grind in a blender, adding a little potato broth.

3. Pour the resulting mass back into the pan with potato broth. Bring the soup to a boil and reduce heat.

4. Add cheese to the soup. Stir slowly until cheese is completely melted.

5. Pour the cream into the soup, warm (do not boil), then you can pour the hot soup bowls. Garnish with fresh herbs and served with soft tortillas.
