● Potatoes

We put potatoes to boil in salted water.
When the potatoes are cooked, pour all the liquid and crush it into a puree.

In a separate bowl, rub cheese on a coarse grater and add pressed garlic.
We connect with potatoes and stir.

Take a pastry bag and star tip and laying in the bag of potatoes, squeezing parts of the roses. Put in preheated oven to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
