Potato pizza



● 3-4 pieces of potato (375g),
● 1 small bunch of chives,
● 2 tomatoes. (250g),
● 1 small zucchini,
● 200-300g minced meat (can be chicken, ham, sausage),
● Salt, red and black pepper to taste,
● 200-250ml milk,
● 3-4 eggs,
● 100 grams of cheese,
● Condiments and spices to taste.


Potato peel, wash and cut into thin slices of 2-3mm. Wash the zucchini, tomatoes and green onions.
Tomatoes and zucchini cut into circles, the onion very finely.
Cook meat products. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Beat the eggs, add the milk and grated cheese. A little salt and poperchit.Formu grease. Put a layer of potatoes.
Then the meat, season with salt and pepper. Then the zucchini and then the tomatoes and green onions. Pour the egg-milk-cheese mixture.
Bake for 50-55 minutes. For 10-15 minutes until cooked to cover the parchment or foil. The finished pizza cut with a knife for pizza.
