Potato nests with mushrooms, in garlic and sour cream sauce


● Potatoes — 10-11 pieces,
● Milk — 50 ml.,
● Champignons — 100g.,
● Carrot — 1 pc.,
● Onions — 2-3 pcs.,
● Cloves garlic — 2-3 pc.,
● Egg — 1 piece,
● Sour cream — 2-3 tablespoons to taste,
● Salt — the taste,
● Spices to taste,
● Green — a beam.


To begin with, we should clean the potatoes and boil it until cooked. While the potatoes are brewed, cleaned and cubes cut onions. Carrots are cleaned and three on medium grated, garlic is cleaned and squeezed, through garlic.

Further mine, we clean our mushrooms, and a mode small cubes. Fry mushrooms, then add carrots, onions, spices and garlic, stir and fry all the time with the lid closed, on low heat, for 10 minutes, add our sour cream, and carcass for another 10-15 minutes, until ready.

Lubricate the baking sheet with vegetable oil, you can make paper, for baking, if desired. We put out the ready mashed potatoes so that they turn out «nests» — that is, with a deep notch in the middle.

In the middle we spread our stuffing. We put in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, because all the ingredients you have almost ready.

Well, our wonderful dish is ready. We decorate to your taste.
