Pork Ribs on the grill in Chinese


These ribs are preparing very quickly. At first they are boiled and then covered with glaze and are fried on the grill.


● Meaty pork ribs — 12 pcs.
● Hoisin sauce — 100ml.
● 2 tablespoons — soy sauce.
● Liquid honey — 1 tbsp.
● Wine or cider vinegar — 1 tbsp.
● spice, seasoning — 1 tsp.


1. Put the ribs in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes.

2. Separately, mix the sauce hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, vinegar and seasoning. Drain the water from the ribs and brush to grease cooking meat glaze.

3. Heat the grill to a high temperature. Fry for 15-20 minutes, turning from time to time. Serve the ribs hot.
