Poppy seed cake with sour cream


This poppy seed cake — the real temptation. It is delicate, delicious and easy to prepare.


● Eggs 3 pcs.
● Sugar 350g
● 350g sour cream
● 200 grams of poppy
● 325g flour
● Soda 1 tsp with slide
● Pinch of salt
● Butter for greasing form


1. Beat eggs with sugar in a lush light cream. Add sour cream and poppy. Allow to stand for 15 minutes.
2. Add the sifted flour mixed with soda and salt. Mix well.
3. Put the dough into a greased and sprinkled with flour form.
4. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Before serving, chill.
