Plum Clafoutis

● Plums — 500g.,
● Eggs of chicken — 4 pcs.,
● Milk — 360 ml.,
● Sugar — 60g.,
● Flour — 60g.,
● Vanilla extract — 5 ml.,
● Powdered sugar for dusting.


1. Preheat oven to 160 ° C. Wash plums, separate bones, wipe with a kitchen towel. Cut slices and place in a baking dish.
2. The form must be integral, in no way separable.
3. Whisk the eggs and milk. You can use fat cream instead of milk, but then it will be much fatter.
4. Add sugar, flour and vanilla extract. The amount of sugar depends on your berries: if the berry is not sweet enough, you can add more sugar.
5. Continue to whisk until smooth.
6. Pour the plums with the resulting mass and bake for 1-1.5 hours until golden brown.
7. Clafuti with plums is ready.
