Pizza with mushrooms



For the dough:

● 2 cups of flour,
● 200 g butter,
● 200 g sour cream,
● Salt.

Knead the dough, let it stand for 20 min., To roll out a layer of 0.7 cm. In a pan, roll the dough out of the flagellum and lay on the edge of the pizza, spread yolk.


● 500-600 grams of mushrooms,

● 0.5 cups of milk,
● 1 tbsp. lemon juice,
