Pizza with grapes and two kinds of cheese.


Summer Italian pizza with green grapes, pine nuts, blue cheese and bocconcini cheese.


● Basis for pizza weighing 150g, 2 pcs.,
● 1.5 tablespoon olive oil,
● Pinch of salt,
● Green grapes, cut in half 330 g (2 cups),
● Chopped fresh rosemary, 3 tsp.,
● Blue cheese 60g.,
● Bocconcini cheese, cut in half 180g.,
● 2 tablespoons pine nuts,
● Pesto sauce for filing.


1. Preheat oven to 230 ° C.

2. Place the pizza bases on 2 baking trays. Lubricate each base 1 tea spoon of oil. Sprinkle with sea salt.

3. Mix the grapes, rosemary and remaining oil in a bowl, put on cakes. Sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese, bocconcini and pine nuts.

4. Bake for 5-8 minutes, until the cheese melts and the base will not be crispy. Serve with pesto sauce.
