Pizza Rolls — Bolognese

Pizza Rolls - Bolognese

This pizza is very convenient to take with you to work or a picnic and children will appreciate, because it is much more convenient to hold in hand than a thin slice of traditional pizza.

● Layered yeast dough — 750 grams,
● Minced meat (beef + pork) — 500 grams,
● Tomatoes in its own juice — 600 grams,
● Mozzarella for pizza — 250 grams,
● White onions — 1 pc.,
● Garlic — 4 cloves,
● Extra Virgin Olive Oil,
● Mixture of Italian herbs to taste,
● Salt to taste,
● Freshly ground black pepper to taste,
● Fresh Basil for decoration.

1. Clean the cloves of garlic and white onions. Onion finely chopped, crushed garlic.
2. Fry everything in a frying pan in olive oil until golden brown.
3. Add the minced meat, fry on high heat, break with a fork of lump, until all minced meat changes its color.
4. Add Italian herbs, salt, pepper, tomatoes along with the juice, bring to a boil. Reduce fire to medium and stew, stirring, 15 minutes. The sauce should thicken. Remove the frying pan from the heat and cool it. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
5. Rub mozzarella on a large grater. We cover the baking tray with baking paper, lubricate it with oil. Roll the dough into a thin layer. Lubricate it over the whole surface with meat sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella and gently roll the sheet with rolls. We fix the seam and place the roll with the seam down.
6. Cut the roll with a sharp thin knife into circles 2 cm thick. Lay the circles flat on the baking sheet at a distance from each other.
7. Bake the mini pizzas in the preheated oven until the ruddy crust is about 10 minutes. Before serving, each pizza is sprinkled with olive oil and adorned with basil leaves. We serve hot!

Bon Appetit!!!
