Ingredients for the dough:

● 400 g wheat flour (preferably the highest grade),
● 200 ml of water (warm),

● 20g yeast.

Ingredients for the filling:

● 500 g peeled tomatoes,
● 400 g hard cheese,
● 50-80 grams of anchovies,
● Olive oil, pepper, salt to taste.
