● 100 grams of hard cheese,
● 250 grams of boiled chicken fillet,
● 1 tbsp. semolina,
● 1/4 tsp. ground pepper.


Start to prepare pizza with kneading dough. To do this, mix 1/2 cup of warm water in a small bowl, 1 tbsp. flour, 1 tbsp. sugar and yeast. Then leave the mixture for 5-10 minutes to rise.

In a deep bowl, add flour, warm milk, melted butter, mixture, sugar and salt.

Knead and put the dough in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours before increasing its volume by 2 times.

After this, it is necessary to knead the dough and leave to rise for 30-40 minutes.

Divide the finished dough into 2 parts and roll each into a circle 1 cm thick.

Put a parchment on the baking sheet and lay the dough on it.

Now proceed to the preparation of the filling. Finely cut the greens and mix with the cottage cheese, then add salt and pepper to taste.

Grate the cheese on a large grater and finely chop the chicken fillet.

Sprinkle a circle of dough semolina, this is necessary to ensure that the dough is not soaked.

Spread the cottage cheese over the surface of the dough, then the fillets and the hard cheese.

Bake pizza 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 200 ° C until a crispy crust.
