Pies made of French dough. The dough is wonderful! Very tasty … I advise!


● Flour — 3 cups,
● Sugar — 3 tbsp.,
● Margarine — 200 grams or 0,44(lb),
● Milk — 1 cup,
● Yeast — 30 grams or 0,066(lb),
● Eggs — 2 pieces.


1. Mix the softened margarine with sugar. Add eggs and a little salt, mix everything well.
2. In warm milk dilute raw yeast. If the yeast is dry — mix them with flour.
3. Add the milk to the margarine and mix, pour in the flour and knead the dough. You may need more flour or liquid, see the consistency of the dough.
4. Put the dough in a plastic bag and tie it. Leave for 15-20 minutes.
5. After that, you can bake pies with different fillings. For example, with potatoes, fried onions, mushrooms and so on.
