 Pie with Walnuts

Prepare a simple homemade pie with walnuts.


• Walnuts — 150g.,
• Eggs — 4 pcs.,
• Sugar — 1 CUP,
• Flour — 2 cups,
• Butter — 100g.,
• Sour cream — 1 cup,
• Baking powder — 1 teaspoon.


1. Separate egg yolks from proteins. Beat yolks and a half of sugar in a lush light cream.

2. Separately whip the proteins with the remaining sugar in a firm foam.

3. Melt the butter, cool to room temperature. Add butter and sour cream in a yolk mass, mix well.

4. Gradually add sifted flour with baking powder and knead thick dough.

5. Gently add the proteins, stirring with a spoon from the bottom to the top.

6. Chop the nuts is not very small.

7. Lubricate the baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour. Put the dough and sprinkle it with nuts. Bake in a preheated oven to 200 ° C for 40-45 minutes.
