Pie with Minced Meat

Juicy and nourishing mince pie can be cooked in just 40 minutes.


• 2 eggs,
• 0.5 tsp salt,
• 1 cup flour,
• 1 cup of buttermilk,
• 0.5 teaspoon baking soda,
• 300 grams or 0,66(lb) of minced meat,
• 2-3 onions, cut into cubes,
• Salt, pepper — to taste.


1. Mix the buttermilk with soda and leave for 5 minutes.
2. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Mix the minced meat with your favorite spices, garlic and fresh onions.
4. Lubricate the baking form with butter or oil, sprinkle with flour and pour out half the dough.
5. Put the prepared stuffing and pour the second half of the dough onto it.
6. Put in a heated oven and bake for 40 minutes at 170°C or 338°F.
