Pie with Eggs and Green Onion

I propose to cook not only a tasty, but also useful pie with green onions and eggs. This pie can be served instead of bread to the first dishes.


For the dough:

● 4 eggs,
● Salt,
● 7 tbsp. flour,
● 1/3 tsp. soda,
● 200g. of sour cream,
● 1 tbsp. mayonnaise.

For the filling:

● 6 boiled eggs,
● A large bunch of onions,
● Salt.


Eggs beat up with salt. Add sour cream and mayonnaise. Mix. Add soda and flour. Knead the dough.

For the filling, cut boiled eggs, green onions. Salt and mix.

I cooked the pie in a multicooker, but it can also be baked in the oven. Half the dough is poured into the oiled bowl of the multicooker. We spread the stuffing and distribute the rest of the dough from above. We prepare a pie with eggs and green onions on the «Baking» mode for 50 minutes. 5-7 minutes before the end, the pie can be turned over.

Ready cake is taken out with the help of bowls for steaming. Cool it down.

A delicious, useful pie with eggs and green onions can be served to the table.
