Peaches on the Grill

This dessert is an incredible miracle of cooking. Grilled peaches slightly smell of smoke. And how good is the combination of cheese, honey, raspberries and mint. Be sure to try it!


● Peaches — 6 pcs.,
● Olive oil — 2 tsp.,
● Mascarpone cheese — 200 grams or 0,44(lb),
● Vanilla extract — 1/2 tsp.,
● Honey — 1/4 cup,
● Oat muesli or chopped nuts — 3/4 cup,
● Raspberry — 12 pcs.,
● Mint — optional.


1. Preheat the grill.
2. Vanilla extract mix with cheese and refrigerate in the refrigerator.
3. Peaches to wash, dry with paper towels, cut in half and remove the peach pits. Lubricate with olive oil and place on the grid grill cut down.
4. Fry for 3 minutes, then gently turn over and fry for another 3 minutes.
5. Remove from the grill, add a spoonful of Mascarpone in each peach, sprinkle with honey, sprinkle muesli or nuts, top with raspberries and mint leaves.
