Pea Porridge in a Multicooker

Pea Porridge in a Multicooker

Pea porridge, for all its simplicity, is a great dietary and lean dish for the whole family.

Multicooker simplifies the process of cooking for those who do not like to stand at the stove and spend too much time on it. The easiest dishes that can be cooked in a slow cooker are soups and porridges.

• Dry peas 150 grams or 5.29 oz or 0,66 pounds,
• Water 300 ml or 10.14 (fl oz),
• Salt 1/2 tsp.,
• Dry spices, herbs to taste.

1. Pour peas in a multicooker.
2. Add water.
3. Cook in “Cereals” mode for two hours.
4. Add salt and spices for 10 minutes until cooked.
5. If you do not stick to fasting, you can add butter.
6. Serve cooked porridge with salad greens.

NOTE: For those who do not adhere to fasting, we recommend serving pea porridge with grilled or smoked meat.

Bon Appetit!!!
