Pastrami of chicken fillet


Tender and juicy chicken, which is suitable as a snack for each day as well as looks great on a festive table.


Chicken fillet — 2 pcs.
Water — 1 glass
Vegetable oil — 1.5 tbsp
Sol — 0.25 tsp
Honey — 1 tsp
Paprika — 1.5 tbsp
Walnut grated nutmeg — 0.25 tsp
Garlic lobule — 3 pieces


1. Salt (2 tsp) to dissolve in a glass of water. Chicken fillet washed and dipped in salt water (meat should be completely covered by water) and a minimum of 3 hours, preferably at night or day, to leave in a cool place.
2. remove the fillets, rinsed. Assign thick thread (it will help the meat keep in shape during baking).
3. Prepare the mixture for smearing, combining vegetable oil, chopped garlic, salt, paprika, honey and nutmeg.
4. Related breast evenly lubricate the resulting mixture.
5. Spread fillets on baking foil may be on parchment paper, you can just greased refractory form. Put the meat in a hot oven.
Bake at 250C for 15-20 minutes.
6. Until cool to leave the meat in the oven. The cooled down as it holds its shape better.
Release fillets of thread and cut into slices.
