Pasta linguine with shrimp and fresh herbs


Ingredients: 2 servings

● Royal shrimps peeled 16 pc.,
● Garlic 3 cloves,
● Cherry tomatoes 250g.,
● Pasta linguine 400g.,
● 1 bunch of parsley,
● 1 bunch basil leaves,
● Lemons 1 piece,
● Olive oil 3 tablespoons,
● Salt to taste,
● Ground black pepper to taste.

1. In a saucepan of boiling salted water, put the pasta and bring it to the state of al dente (the paste is ready, but is still hard, because they do not have time to seethe).
2. While pasta prepared, pour the oil into the pan and cook it on medium heat. Put the pan with chopped garlic, stir quickly and add the peeled shrimp with tails. Fry over high heat for 2-3 minutes.
3. Bates fire, put in a pan sliced ​​in half the cherry tomatoes and cook for 1 minute. Then remove the pan from the heat.
4. Drain the water from the pan in which they cooked linguini, and add to the pasta fried shrimp with cherry tomatoes, chopped basil, parsley and lemon juice squeezed. Mix and leave for several minutes to get soaked pasta sauce.
