Pasta Casserole with Meat

Pasta to date, probably the most affordable product among various segments of the population. Therefore, pasta casserole with meat should be of interest to many.


• Pasta — 400 grams or 0,88(lb), 14 oz.,
• Minced meat any. Suitable and mixed of pork, beef and chicken — 500 grams or 1,10(lb), 17 oz.,
• Onion — 1 pc.,
• Small carrots — 1 pc.,
• Garlic — 2 cloves,
• Sprigs of parsley — 4 pcs.,
• Egg — 1 pc.,
• Grated cheese — 100 grams or 0,22(lb), 3 oz.,
• Vegetable oil — 3 tbsp.,
• Salt, pepper to taste.


1. Carrots clean and grate. Chop onion and garlic very finely. Wash the parsley, dry it and chop it.
2. Preheat 2 tbsp. oil in a frying pan. Put onions and carrots. Fry, stirring, for 6 minutes. Add the garlic, parsley and cook for another 1 min. Remove from heat.
3. Add the toasted vegetables in minced meat, mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Beat the egg, pour it into a kneaded dish and knead again.
4. In a saucepan, boil the salted water, put the pasta and boil them until half cooked. Throw to a colander.
5. In a rectangular shape, lay 1/3 of the pasta, then half the prepared minced meat. Sprinkle 1/3 of the cheese. Put another 1/3 of the pasta and the remaining minced meat, sprinkle with half of the remaining cheese. Top with the remaining pasta, sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Cover and place in a preheated oven to 190°C or 374°F for 30 minutes.
