Parfait with kiwi and pineapple

Easy French dessert made from whipped cream with kiwi, pineapple and chocolate.


● Cream for whipping — 400 ml.,
● Sugar — 150g.,
● Kiwi fruit — 4 pcs.,
● Canned pineapple — 200g.,
● Vanilla sugar — 1 tsp.,
● Grated chocolate for decoration,
● Nuts or coconut chips for decoration.


1. Clean the kiwi and cut into slices. Cut the pineapples into cubes.

2. Whip cold cream with sugar and vanilla.

3. Stir the cream with pieces of kiwi and pineapple, leaving some of the fruit for decoration.

4. Put the dessert in the crockery, decorate with chocolate chips and remaining fruit. Put parfait in the refrigerator for half an hour.
