Pancakes with spinach and salmon

We offer a recipe of delicious pancakes with fish filling.


For pancakes:

● Milk — 3 cups,
● Fresh spinach — 500g.,
● Eggs — 3 pcs.,
● Flour — 1 cup,
● Salt,
● Vegetable oil — 50 ml.

For filling:

● Cream cheese — 300g.,
● Sour Cream — 50g.,
● slightly salted salmon — 150g.,
● Clove of garlic — 1 piece,
● Dill, salt, pepper.


1. Spinach wash well and boil in salted water for 5 minutes. Then discard in a colander and let cool. After that, well to press all the liquid and beat spinach in blender with a little milk.

2. Flour to dissolve a part of the milk and mix with the spinach and salt. Beat the eggs, add the milk, butter, and spinach-flour mixture. Mix well and fry thin pancakes.

3. Cream cheese mix with sour cream, chopped dill, passed through a press garlic, salt and pepper. Wrap in cheese pancakes stuffing and thin slices of salmon.
