Pancakes with Shrimps

Want to cook a delicious and healthy dinner for the whole family? I propose a brilliant idea: Pancakes with shrimps.


• Chicken egg 2 pcs.,
• Salt pinch,
• Sugar pinch,
• Vegetable oil 3 tbsp.,
• Wheat flour 170 grams or 0,37(lb),
• Milk 250 ml or 1 cup,
• Shrimps 100 grams or 0,22(lb),
• 1/2 onion,
• Champignons 3 pcs.,
• Fatty cream 200 ml or 1 cup,
• Greens 1 bunch.


1. Beat eggs with salt, sugar, pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Stir with flour, then gradually add milk until smooth. Bake pancakes.
2. Shrimps boil and chop. Chop the onion and fry in the remaining oil. Add chopped mushrooms and fry for 3 minutes. Pour the cream, salt, pepper and simmer for 3 minutes.
3. Let the mushroom mass cool, add shrimps and greens, mix. With the resulting mass stuff pancakes and roll. Remove in the cold. Then cut into large pieces and serve.
