Original Beer Batter for Fish

We offer you a variant of an interesting quick batter, which is suitable for fish and seafood, as well as for vegetables.


● Light Beer — 1 cup,
● Wheat flour — 1 cup,
● Eggs of chicken — 2 pcs.,
● Butter — 30g.,
● Salt — 2 tsp.


1. Melt butter, sift flour.

2. Add beer, eggs and salt, all whipped thoroughly, you should get a batter without lumps.

3. Dip fish, or vegetables in batter, fry on both sides in a well-heated frying pan.

4. After frying put the fish on parchment, to remove excess fat.
