Omelet Roll with Melted Cheese

Excellent snack, which does not require special culinary skills. In addition, the preparation of such a roll will take a little time, and the taste will please even sophisticated gourmets.



● 2 eggs,
● 1 tbsp. of mayonnaise,
● 1 teaspoon of water,
● Salt, pepper to taste.


● 1 processed cheese,
● 1 small clove of garlic,
● 1 tbsp. of mayonnaise,
● Salt, pepper, greens to taste.


1. Eggs beat up with mayonnaise and water, salt, pepper to taste.
2. Bake an omelet in a frying pan under the lid, cool a little and put on it evenly the stuffing from grated processed cheese, mayonnaise and garlic with herbs.
3. Roll up, equating its edges.
4. Keep in the fridge for about an hour, cut into slices and serve as a cold snack or put on sandwiches.

Omelet roll is good in all cases: for snacks, for breakfast and for a festive table.
