New potatoes fried in a pan

Potatoes according to this recipe are obtained with a crusty crust, and inside is soft and crumbly.


● Small fresh potatoes — 1 kg.,
● Vegetable oil — 4 tbsp.,
● Dill or parsley — 1 bunch,
● Young garlic — 1 head,
● Butter — 75g.,
● Coarse sea salt to taste.


In a deep saucepan or pot (preferably with non-stick coating), pour the oil, put on fire. Wash potatoes, thoroughly, with a brush, dry with a paper towel and dip into a saucepan with boiling oil. Close the lid tightly.

Fry the potatoes over medium heat without opening the lid and shaking the pan from time to time so that the fries are evenly fried. Check for softness: small potatoes after 15 minutes, and larger — after 20 minutes.

Dill to cut or tear, chop garlic finely. In the finished potatoes add dill, garlic, salt and a slice of butter. Close the pan with a lid and shake it well. Once again for 1 minute put on fire. And you can immediately submit to the table.
