Mushroom Sauce with Brandy

Mushroom sauce will become a very good side dish to the main dish or gravy to the meat.


● Fresh mushrooms 250 grams or 0,55(lb) 8,81(oz),
● Butter 100 grams or 0,22(lb) 3,52(oz),
● Brandy 60 ml.,
● Corn meal 15 grams or 0,03(lb) 0,52(oz),
● Water 45 ml.,
● Cream 125 ml.


1. Fry the finely chopped mushrooms in butter. Cook for about 3 minutes.
2. Add brandy or white wine.
3. Add corn flour mixed with water and cream. Preheat and serve with chicken breasts.
