Mulled wine in Bulgarian


Hot cup of aromatic wine cocktail — a great addition to the cold winter evenings.
Mulled wine has spread across the continent, now drink it, even in regions with a warm climate.


Red wine — 750 ml
Sugar — 200 g
Apple — 200g
Black pepper peas — 30 pieces
Cinnamon — 20 g
Lemons — 1 piece
Pink — 10 pieces


1. A mixture of wine, sugar, chopped apple slices and spices bring to a boil, remove from heat and let stand for 10-15 minutes.

2. Strain mulled wine, pour into glasses, put each on a piece of lemon, and a few apple cubes.

A little secret of red mulled wine.

Fans certainly have their own drink recipes and tricks. However, there is one caveat Swiss, very few people familiar. If during cooking in a pan add a few cups of tea carcade, your immune system will say only «thank you», because the benefits will be double.
