Meat rolls with mushrooms and cheese.


Recipe for pork tenderloin rolls stuffed with mushrooms, onions and cheese, fried in potato batter.


● Pork tenderloin — 700g.,
● Salt, pepper,
● Button mushrooms — 420g.,
● Onion — 1 piece,
● Cheese — 150g.,
● Parsley or dill few sprigs,
● Potato — 500g.,
● Eggs — 2 pcs.,
● Flour for breading,
● Vegetable oil for frying.


1. Cut the pork for 10 pieces, beat off the kitchen with a hammer. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Finely chop the onions and mushrooms and fry in vegetable oil until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Add the grated cheese and chopped parsley.

3. Wrap the stuffing in meat, giving the rolls oval form.

4. Grate potatoes on a fine grater. Roll under rolls in flour, dip in beaten egg. Then, cover the rolls evenly with grated potatoes.

5. Fry the rolls in oil on all sides, so that they are lightly browned. Then bring to a readiness in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 15-20 minutes.

6. Finished rolls serve with a salad of fresh vegetables.
