Meat rolls with ham and cucumbers

Delicious meat rolls stuffed with ham and pickles, stewed in tomato sour cream sauce.


● Pork or beef tenderloin — 750g.,
● Ham or bacon — 250g.,
● Pickled cucumbers — 200g.,
● Salt and pepper to taste.

For the sauce:

● Tomato Sauce 200 ml.,
● Water or vegetable broth to taste,
● Sour cream a few spoonfuls,
● Seasoning to taste,
● Chopped herbs to taste.


1. Meat wash, cut into slices thickness of 1.5 — 2 cm. Beat with hammer, salt and pepper on both sides. Put on each slice on a thin slice of ham and a little sliced sticks cucumbers. Close to the rolls, if desired hold them together with toothpicks.

2. Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the rolls until golden brown on all sides. Remove the toothpicks.

3. Add the tomato sauce and water to cook, covered about 30-40 minutes. At the end add sour cream, season to taste and add the greens.
