Meat ragout with vegetables

The recipe for ragout of meat and vegetables. For the dish, you can use pork, veal or turkey.


● Pork, veal or turkey 500g.,
● Carrots 1-2 pcs.,
● Onions 1 pc.,
● Red sweet pepper 1 pc.,
● Yellow sweet pepper 1 pc.,
● Potatoes 700g.,
● Bay leaves 1 pc.,
● Peppercorns 3 pcs.,
● salt pepper,
● Water or broth 750 ml.,
● Greens to taste.


1. Cut the meat into small pieces, fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Salt and pepper.

2. Cut the onions into half rings, add to the meat and cook until soft.

3. Peeled potatoes, carrots and peppers cut into cubes, add to the frying pan and fry for 5-7 minutes. Salt.

4. Add spices, add liquid and cook until ready for about 20-25 minutes. Before serving sprinkle with chopped greens.
