Having tried once, it will become your favorite snack for a lifetime.

● 1 kg of pepper (it is better to take green long),
● 300-400g. of water,
● 200g. of vegetable oil,
● 0.5 tsp. sugar,
● Approximately 100g. of vinegar,
● Bay leaf,
● Peppercorns,
● 3 cloves of garlic,
● Fresh dill.

1. In a saucepan pour the vegetable oil, add sugar, vinegar, bay leaves, peppercorns and salt.
2. While it is warming, cut the peppers along to the stem.
3. When the marinade is already boiling in the pan, put the peppers (but not each other, but to the bottom only, so that everyone in the marinade was) and keep it until it becomes soft.
4. Those that are pulled out of the pan, put in a colander, and in the pan lay the rest of the peppers, etc.
5. When the peppers are ready, put them in a container layers: a layer of peppers, garlic on them (passed through a press), then a bay leaf, dill (chopped finely), etc. You can put a few peppercorns.
6. We put in the refrigerator.
It turns out a very tasty snack.
