Marinated olives by Greek


This is a great self-starter and a great preparation for a Greek salad.


● Lemon — 1/2 pieces.,
● Olives Kalamata — 600g.,
● Olive oil — 500 ml.,
● Oregano — 1/2 tsp.,
● Ground black pepper — 1/4 tsp.,
● Bay leaf — 1 pcs.


1. Remove the yellow part of the lemon peel using vegetable peelers.

2. Fold the olives into a large ceramic bowl. Separately, mix the lemon zest, oil, oregano, pepper and bay leaf. Add to olives, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

3. Get out of the fridge an hour before serving, to olives warmed to room temperature.
