Marble Cottage Cheese Casserole with Pumpkin

● Cottage cheese 500g.,
● Sugar 100g.,
● Corn starch 1 tbsp.,
● Eggs 2 pcs.

For the pumpkin part:

● Pumpkin puree 500g.,
● Eggs 2 pcs.,
● Corn starch 1 tbsp.,
● Sugar 100g.,
● A peel of one orange.


1. In a blender, grind the cottage cheese and sugar, add eggs and starch.

2. Wash the pumpkin, wrap it in foil and bake for about an hour, cool and remove the pulp with a spoon.

3. Pumpkin puree, sugar and orange peel to grind with a blender. Add eggs and starch, stir.

4. Splice the form with oil and cover with parchment. In the center of the form, lay out alternately curd and pumpkin mass.

5. Bake for 50 minutes at 180 ° C. Before serving, cool completely.
