Mackerel for 3 Minutes!



Mackerel (medium) — 1 pc.,
Onion peel (how many there are in the eye),
Salt (without top) — 5 tbsp.,
Water — 1 liter.


1. Onion peel soak briefly in water.
2. Then put on fire and add salt.
3. In the liter of water need 5 tablespoons of salt (if you need more water, then salt and greater, respectively).
4. Salt onion water to boil, put the mackerel and cook for exactly 3 minutes!
5. Then discard in a colander fish and you can eat.
