Mackerel baked with onion and lemon



● Lemon — 1 pc.,
● Onion — 1 pc.,
● Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp.,
● Mackerel Frozen — 2 pcs.,
● Sour cream — 3 tbsp.,
● The salt — 1 tbsp.

1. Mackerel clean from the inside, cut off the head and fins, wash.

2. Rub the mackerel on all sides with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with lemon juice (use of half a lemon).

3. Cut open each mackerel portions not to the end.
